Gurugram imposes Part 144 to beef up safety forward of Republic Day | All Tech Sir

The district administration on Friday imposed prohibitory orders beneath Part 144 of the CrPC with safety forward of Republic Day.

Flying drones, microlight plane, gliders, hot-air balloons, kites and Chinese language microlights can be banned until January 26, in accordance with an order issued by District Justice of the Peace and Deputy Commissioner Nishant Kumar Yadav. Yadav directed operators of cyber cafes, visitor homes, resorts and paying visitor lodging and landlords and different places of work to take care of data and IDs of tenants, servants, visitors and guests.

”Orders have been issued resulting from safety causes to curb the actions of anti-social components on the event of Republic Day. “Motion can be taken towards those that disobey the orders beneath Part 188 of the Indian Penal Code,” the district administration mentioned in a press release.
